Bonanza

Bonanza is a nice steep trail, for a blue. It starts from the summit and goes down to intercept Chipmunk and Tobbogan Chute. It has many different portions that make it quite interesting to ski down. Steeps, flats, headwalls, turns and wide and narrow spots. It follows the lift line of the Sunapee Express so you can get kind of an idea of what you will be skiing down before you ski it. Not too many people ski it and it usually holds the snow pretty well. Although it has been known to get icy after rain storms or significant amounts of fog. I would recommend this trail as a good first run or second run. |
