Lower Ridge is Upper Ridge's lower brother. It is a green and is usually very crowded. Try to stay off this trail if you can get down any other trail that leads to the base. It starts off of the end of Beck Brook and Upper Ridge and goes to the Sunapee Lodge at the base. This trail also sees it's good share of idiots, my advice is stay off of it at all costs.
