Portage is one of the hardest green I have seen. It isn't hard to ski, it just is hard for a beginner. It starts out off the middle of Lower Ridge and goes down to the middle of Lower Blast-Off. This trail has no snowmaking and never holds snow well. I would not recommend skiing this trail and I see no reason of to ski it anyway.
